Limited Edition Ocean Trilogy Box Set by Oris

Oris has released the final and most dramatic piece in its trilogy of watches tied to programs dedicated to saving the world’s oceans. The first two in the series were introduced earlier this year at Baselworld. The newest, the Blue Whale Limited Edition, supports the work of the Whale and Dolphin Conservation. According to the WDC, six out of every 13 great whale species are classified as endangered. WDC is working to create a healthy habitat for whales and dolphins, keeping them alive in the face of threats, such fishing nets, passing boats and environmental degradation.

The Oris Blue Whale Limited Edition is available exclusively as part of the Oris Ocean Trilogy, a limited edition of 200 sets of three Oris diver’s watches that comes in a presentation case made of recycled PET plastic. The trio of watches also includes the Oris Great Barrier Reef Limited Edition III and the Oris Clean Ocean Limited Edition.

Oris conservation mission is to save restore and clean our oceans. The Oris Blue Whale Limited Edition is a diver’s chronograph inspired by the blue whale, the largest mammal on our planet. Blue whales are a critical part of the balance of the oceans. By feeding on the Krill and Plankton, Blue whales help keep the population in check.

Oris’s started in 2016 the Reef Restoration Foundation with help from marine biologist, and Master diver Gary McKenna in 2016. The Reef Restoration Foundation (RRF) helped obtain the first permit to establish the a corral nursery in the Great Barrier. The reef is around 8,000 years old and it’s the world’s largest coral reef system. It provides coastal protection to 2,300 km of coast. It’s one of the most biodiverse reef systems in the world.

Brentwood Jewelry is proud to be supporting this conservation effort by offering this special Limited Edition Ocean Trilogy set. There will only be 20 available in the United States, and each will have watches with matching limited edition numbers.
