We do everything we can to ensure that you’re happy with your purchase, so we don’t see many returns. But with a generous return policy in place, we hope that you feel even more comfortable buying with us…. and knowing and we’re still here for you after you walk out our doors.

Exchanges and Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange, refund, or store credit. Merchandise MUST be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Closeout, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. ALL CREDIT CARD RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 3% CREDIT CARD FEE.
All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancelable, special orders are not refundable. A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, or watch that has to be ordered to accommodate the client’s request for a style, metal, or color that is not currently in stock.
Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and labor furnished for a specific client. Custom jewelry is non-refundable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.
Layaway is for a maximum of six months, with sales tax and 25% of the subtotal due at the time the layaway is initiated. Payments are due monthly. If monthly payments are not made, the item(s) will be returned to stock, and the down payment will be issued in the form of store credit only, and the sales tax is forfeited. Under certain circumstances, layaways are cancelable at our discretion. In the event of such circumstances, a 15% restocking fee of the original invoice will be charged, and the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit.
Repair Take In
Repairs done on merchandise NOT purchased from Brentwood Jewelry will be done solely at the customer’s risk. Brentwood Jewelry is not responsible for the following: identification or condition of jewelry at time of receipt, altered, treated, or enhanced diamonds and/or colored gemstones, and/or pieces that are unmarked or marked incorrectly.
Service and Cleaning
Brentwood Jewelry will clean your jewelry and check the settings free of charge. It is recommended to have this done at a minimum every six months. Brentwood Jewelry is not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning.
Watch Repair Guarantee
Watch repair/service come with a two year warranty from the date the repair is completed. Watches that are classified as “Vintage” during repair/service come with a 6 month warranty. In the event of fault covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion and without cost, repair or replace any parts that were installed or rectify any faulty service we identify by our watchmaker. All other rights resulting from faulty execution of our service/repair are expressly excluded. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or neglect. This warranty is rendered void if work is carried out by persons who are not authorized to do so by Brentwood Jewelry.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be given. All sales are FINAL.
